Space Europa — event room with lights, set-up and atmosphere
Case study

Space Europa

A real business for private events: positioning, acquisition, operations and gradual AI adoption.

Space Europa is a physical venue for parties and private events. A case study on how image, marketing and process work together in a real business.

Business Growth Operations AI Adoption Brand Experience
Experience

The Space Europa experience.

Lights, music, set-ups and a real atmosphere: the value of a venue is felt before the visit.

The video shows the venue as people experience it during a real event.

The business

A real business,
not a concept.

Space Europa is a physical venue for private parties, 18th birthdays, birthdays, graduations, classes and small events. A business that runs on real enquiries, site visits, quotes and evenings that need to go well.

My work touched every layer: how the venue presents itself, how people find it, how an enquiry is handled and how the organisation holds up day to day.

Positioning

A place to experience,
not square metres.

People looking for a venue don't just buy space: they look for trust, atmosphere and the feeling that their event will work. Visual identity, real photos and video let them picture the evening before the site visit.

Acquisition

From search
to enquiry.

01

Search

Presence on Google and in local search for people looking for a venue nearby.

02

Discovery

Website and content showing rooms, set-ups and the real atmosphere.

03

Enquiry

A clear contact path via website and WhatsApp, with the useful details already collected.

04

Quote

A proposal based on date, event type, guest count and services.

05

Site visit

A visit to the venue and agreement on the details.

06

Booking

Confirmation handled directly by people, not by an automated system.

Operations

The work you
don't see.

Behind every event there is information to organise, enquiries to follow, quotes to prepare and follow-ups not to forget. This is where a physical business really works or doesn't.

01

Information

Details on rooms, services, availability and terms gathered in a single reference.

02

Enquiry handling

Every contact is logged and followed through to a clear answer.

03

Quotes

A recurring structure for consistent proposals that are quicker to prepare.

04

Follow-up

Reminders to get back to people who asked for information.

AI adoption

AI in operations,
with human review.

AI is introduced gradually, as operational support: it helps summarise enquiries, draft replies and quotes, organise information and remember follow-ups. Every message and every decision goes through a person.

No WhatsApp message is sent automatically and no booking is confirmed by an autonomous system.

01

In use today

AI support for drafts, summaries and organising information, always checked before use.

02

In development

Shadow: an internal component designed to support day-to-day operations. It is not an active autonomous system.

What it shows

Creativity, marketing
and process.

Space Europa brings together the layers I work on: image, acquisition and operations. It is the project where a system is tested every week by real people.

A real project, built one layer at a time.

To talk about a project across creativity, marketing and AI.
